RICHMOND LUTHERAN CAMPUS MINISTRY

Epiphany Lutheran Church serves as the main site for Lutheran Campus Ministry to the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University. We invite local students to make us their "church home away from home." Epiphany coordinates transportation every Sunday for students at the University of Richmond who wish to worship with us. The van picks up any interested students at 10:30am at Tyler Haynes Commons. Students at both universities are encouraged to participate in the life of the congregation in any area they may have interest. All musical groups, Christian education classes, and service opportunities are open to college student involvement, and we feel their participation enriches and enhances the witness of our congregation. Students also gather occasionally for meals and service projects. Please contact Pastor Joseph Bolick (pastorjoseph@epiphanyelca.org) if you have any questions about Richmond Lutheran Campus Ministry or if you need a ride to an event.

EPIPHANY COLLEGIANS is the name of the fellowship group for our own home-bred college and university students, wherever they may be attending school. Through meals at Christmas and in the summer months, we seek to extend Christian hospitality and guidance as our students pursue their studies as college, university, or graduate school.

30/40 Somethings

Our 30/40-Somethings group is somewhat of a misnomer: people of any age are welcome to participate in our gatherings! We plan a mixture of family-friendly and adult-only events throughout the entire year. Children are always welcome at our events, but sometimes you may want to get a babysitter and come alone!

"Luther On Tap": Next fellowship night TBD.

Some of the events that we schedule throughout the year include:

Christmas Party

Valentine's Day Wine-Tasting Night (kids get grape juice!)

Chilly Chili Game Night

Beginning of Summer Picnic at Dunncroft-Castle Point Park

Pizza and Pumpkins (before Halloween)

For women

The Women of the ELCA (WELCA) reach out to all women to participate in the various circles, where they can find a common meeting ground and be an arm of the church. Everyone is welcome to join us. Meeting times and locations are subject to change.
